Week 6

Week 6

This week, I was able to study and think about Self-Mastery. I was thinking that why it is so important for me and for my job. When I was in the Army, I had many unfair situations. However, many of them were higher rank than I was, so I was kind of forced to accept those things. If I fought against them, nothing was good for my time in the Army. I kind of learned that controlling my feeling is important from the experiences. If I can control my feeling, I am sure I would be able to get along with many people. Those good relationship could be helpful in the future when you own your business. 

Also, this week reminded me that I have to put the Lord first, no matter what I am doing and what my situation is. I know that the Lord will provide the way to accomplish the work of the Lord. I know that He knows a lot more that I do. He gives me trials because those are something that I need at the moment. It will help me grow.

I was able to watch video talks about the balance between the work and family. My priority has always been family. I don't want my job to affect to my family relation. Without success in family, I can't succeed in my job. I need a support from my family, and in order to do that, I have to do everything for my family to gain support and trust. 

I learned that I have to have many attributes to be an entrepreneur. I have to practice those from now on. The ability is important as an owner, but your relationship skills are bad, no one would want to work with you. It is important to get respect from others. It will motivate you to take care about what you have to do.
