Week 4

One thing that stood out to me the most was "Little things are important." I always acknowledged this, but I forget frequently. Small habit makes a big difference. Because of that, people are saying that starting with a little thing. You can find why a little thing is important from soccer. If you don't know how to pass the ball, you wouldn't be able to score. It means that you won't be able to win the game. If one day, I want to own my business, this little thing would decide either I get to succeed or fail. 

While I was doing the core values statement thing, I was able to recognize that what goals I have for my future. I need to be more specific for my goals to achieve. It reminded me of my mission. My mission president always emphasized setting goals and making plans. I think that was why I was able to succeed on my mission. It was a while ago, I forgot how important it was. However, now, I am trying to set goals for my career. If I don't have goals, I feel like I wouldn't have motivation for my future. 

I feel encouraged to do what I love. My parents want me to do something which I would earn more money even if that is something that I don't want to do. I feel like I work for a job which I don't want, I wouldn't be able to work for a long time. I might quit. However, when I was doing what I loved, I feel motivated to get better at my job. At the same time, I want to earn money as well because this world is hard to live without money. It makes me hard to decide what I am going to do for my career. However, because of this week's study, I know which path I need to take for my future career.
