This week I had a lot of reading assignments that kept me so busy. I didn't like it, but I was able to learn a lot from those readings. First of all, I was able to go through the life of Magdalena Yesil. She is a cool lady who experienced a lot about many things. I am surprised by her desire to learn and still want to try doing other things. Her story taught me that learning lasts until the end of my life.
I really like the quote, "True to yourself." Sometimes, I am not honest with myself. When I wasn't true to myself, I lost confidence in myself. I failed on everything. I think it is easier to solve my problems and develop myself when I am true to myself. I couldn't be honest to others if I am honest to myself. Also, I liked was to say to do what you say you will do. It is a promise between me and others. When I come to keep it then I could be true to others. I think that this is important in marketing. When you lost trust from others, it would give you difficulties in the business.
This week, I was able to learn what kind of business attributes I should have in the future as an entrepreneur. Now I learned it, and I know it. I should work hard to have those attributes throughout my life. It starts from now as a student. I set goals to have those attributes.
1. To be brave to try new thing
-Plan: Asking questions to the professor or TA.
2. To develop leadership
-Plan: to join some social group such as FHE, to lead the meeting or plan the meeting.
3. True to me
-Plan: Study to know who I am, and where I am at this point.
Those three goals are something that I want to work to achieve. I know that those goals can get me out of my comfort zone.
